Do I have to make a pre-investment?
No, the configurator is fully functional immediately during the trial period or when you subscribe.
Is there a difference in the functionalities I get per subscription?
Only the cheapest subscription is limited in terms of functionalities.
What is a lead?
As soon as your customer leaves his details in the configurator and submits the form, a lead is generated.
What if my configurator exceeds the number of leads per month?
The configurator will then continue to work as normal, and we will charge the amount per additional lead at the beginning of the new month.
How are additional leads charged after the first day of the month?
Every first day of the month we check the number of leads from the previous month and the active subscription at that time.
